To enhance our corporate competitiveness and integrate industry resources, HyperNet Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Yuan Fang Technology") has officially merged with iMageTech Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Image Technology"), effective January 1, 2026.

Under this merger, Yuan Fang Technology remains the surviving corporation. The legal entity of Image Technology has been dissolved in accordance with the Company Act and the Business Mergers and Acquisitions Act. The original technical and service teams of Image Technology have been fully integrated into Yuan Fang Technology, significantly strengthening our core technology development, project execution speed, and overall operational capacity.

Vision and Commitment

iMageTech Technology’s long-standing expertise in video conferencing audio and resource management solutions is highly complementary toHyperNet Technology’s hardware integration capabilities. Through this merger, we aim to deliver the following value:

• Deep Technical Integration: Combining R&D energies to accelerate the development cycles of new products.

• Enhanced Service Quality: Providing more comprehensive after-sales support and technical consultancy post-integration.

• Operational Synergy: Optimizing supply chain management to create more competitive solutions for our customers.

Declaration of Rights and Obligations

For the customers and suppliers of the former Image Technology, we hereby solemnly declare:

• Validity of Contracts: All valid contracts, purchase orders, and legal documents signed by Image Technology shall be legally assumed by "Hypernet Technology Co., Ltd." regarding all rights and obligations, effective from the merger date (January 1, 2026).

• After-Sales Service: Warranty and maintenance services for products previously sold by Image Technology will be handled by the Hypernet Technology team. Service windows and contact information will remain seamlessly connected to ensure your rights are fully protected.

• Financial Changes: Effective January 1, 2026, all business transactions, invoicing, and remittances must be updated to reflect Hypernet Technology ’s corporate information.

• Data Privacy: Please be advised that all personal data (including CRM and order records) have been legally transferred to Hypernet Technology and will continue to be protected under HyperNet echnology’s information security policies.
