  • Restart your iMage hosts (iMage M6 wireless speakerphone system, iMage Dongle) or iMage A6 wireless speakerphone to pair them again.
  • Make sure your iMage A6 is set in a valid operation mode; in case the pairing failure persists, press and hold the disconnect key of your iMage A6 for 3 seconds to reset its Bluetooth connection and initiate the pairing (identifiable) mode again.
  • When your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone is connected to another device, its LINK indicator turns white constantly

  • When a call is ongoing, the mic’s mute indicator turns green constantly; it remains dark before any communication software opens.

Press the mute mic key on your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone to turn the indicator green and start receiving sound. Press it again to turn the indicator red and stop receiving sound.

Your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone can receive sound up to 1.5 meters.

Your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone can operate up to 16-18 hours and stand by up to 400 hours once fully charged

  • When the POWER key of your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone flashes red, the charge left in it is around 25% and may operate for another hour. It’s better for you to charge your iMage A6 device once it starts flashing red.

You can use your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone when it is being charged. It takes 2-3 hours to fully charge your iMage A6 device.

 

Your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone can be charged with any Micro USB compatible cable.

Pairing your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone device with a notebook computer may fail as the built-in Bluetooth chip adopted by the latter varies in model and brand. Please use a CSR-chip based Bluetooth dongle or call the service personnel of this company for more information.

 

When paired with a smartphone:

  • Press the answer key to answer a call and hang-up key to end a call.
  • Press the answer key in standby mode to dial the last phone number.

When using your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone device for the first time, it will download the required driver from the Internet.
When using other communication software and suffering poor sound, please check the audio settings in the communication software or audio device of your notebook computer.

  • When your iMage A7 Bluetooth lavalier microphone is connected to another device, its LINK indicator turns white constantly.

Restart your iMage A6/A7 Bluetooth lavalier microphone and initiate the pairing (identifiable) mode again, then pair with the iMage Dongle again. In case the pairing operation still fails, restart both iMage Dongle and iMage A6/A7 and pair them again.

  • Your iMage Dongle can connect with a PC and notebook computer.
  • Your iMage Dongle may connect to and work with video conference equipment featuring a USB port
  • Please check the sound receiving direction of your iMage A6/A7 Bluetooth lavalier microphone devices.
  • Make sure your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone devices are at least 1.5m apart from each other.
  • When using your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone device, keep it away from glass to minimize reflective sounds.
  • When using your iMage A6 wireless speakerphone device for the first time, it will download the required driver from the Internet.
  • When using other communication software and suffering poor sound, please check the audio settings in the communication software.
  • When you use your iMage Dongle with USB audio source for the first time, it will download the required driver from the Internet. Please make sure the driver has been installed successfully.
  • Please check the audio settings in the communication software.
  • Validate functions of the equipment’s USB port.
  • Your iMage A6/A7 Bluetooth lavalier microphone is connected to iMage Dongle by Bluetooth technology. They can be 10-15 meter apart with no barriers in between.
  • One iMage Dongle may connect to two iMage A6/A7 Bluetooth lavalier microphone for now.

 

  • Restart your iMage A6/A7 Bluetooth lavalier microphone and initiate the pairing (identifiable) mode again, then pair with iMage M6 wireless speakerphone system again. In case the pairing operation still fails, restart both iMage M6 and iMage A6/A7 and pair again.
  • Your iMage M6 wireless speakerphone system may connect to a PC/notebook with a USB cable or smartphone and table with wireless to convene meeting with video conference software. Or connect to video conference a host with cables for remote meetings.
  • Press the MODE key at the lower half of the power key of iMage M6 wireless speakerphone system to change the color of the FN indicator.
  • Red – USB mode (for connection to PC and notebook)
  • Blue – wireless mode (for connection to smartphone and tablet)
  • Colorless – wired mode (for interfacing with equipment featuring 3.5mm audio jack)
  • Purple – expansion mode (reserved for later development)

  • When connecting to a VCS audio source, validate the type of cable and connector in advance.

(Note! When in VCS mode, the volume of sound in different VCS audio I/O interfaces, or pins of connection cables may vary and result in alignment issues. In such cases, you may call FAE to turn the gains of Audio In/Out of iMage M6 wireless speakerphone system with a special application.)

 

When using multiple iMage A6 wireless speakerphone devices at the same time, keep them at least 1-1.5 meters apart from each other. Your iMage A6 device is connected to iMage M6 wireless speakerphone system by Bluetooth technology. They can be 10-15 meters apart with no barriers in between.

One iMage M6 wireless speakerphone system may connect to six iMage A6/A7 Bluetooth lavalier microphone for now.
