Order Flow:
　(1) Send us Order
　Issue Purchase Order(P.O.) to us via fax 886-2-27936377 or E-mail.

　(2) Issue P.I.
　We will send you the P.I.(Proforma Invoice) after receiving and checking your order detail.

　(3) Payment
　Please follow the payment terms listed on your P.I.     

　(4) Send us Payment receipts
　Please send us the receipt after wiring payment.

　(5)Shipping 
　The delivery date is base on the lead time on P.I after receiving payment.

Warranty:
　Imagetech provide at least 30 days warranty at the time of P.I issue to anyone who purchases Laptop components from us. We will provide you the repair or the replacement of the defective item. But it only can be exchanged to the same part number.

Shipping way:
　We provide not only Taiwan local forwarders but international forwarders . Of course customer also can assign their co-operated forwarder. Once order is shipped, we will email customer the flight detail. The buyer is responsible for all fees, duties and tariffs which related to products purchased from us or returned to us.
